Who we are

The website scandinaviaiasi.ro belongs to SCANDINAVIA MUSIC SCHOOL S.R.L., registered office at Aleea Mihail Sadoveanu nr. 21B, Iași, Iași County, Romania, Trade Register no. J2025050451008, tax identification code (CUI) 52130283. The school is not registered for VAT. Lessons take place at Strada Vasile Lupu nr. 78A, Block N6, Newton Residence, Iași. Our services

The school offers individual 50-minute lessons in singing, piano, guitar, music theory and solfège at its lesson venue. Course descriptions, teachers and prices on the website are for information; details are confirmed on enrolment.

First meeting

The first meeting lasts 30 minutes, is free and carries no obligation. It is used for testing, assessment and choosing the right teacher.

Prices and payment

Current prices are those shown on the Pricing page, in Romanian lei, and are final prices. Payment is made under the terms agreed on enrolment.

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

• Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the teacher’s availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged at 50% of the lesson price.
• Subscriptions can be transferred to another person or paused for up to 30 days, with prior notice.

Right of withdrawal

If we conclude the contract at a distance, without our simultaneous physical presence (for example by phone or online), you may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. To do so, send us a clear statement at contact@scandinaviaiasi.ro. If you ask for lessons to start during the withdrawal period, you pay for the lessons already given up to the moment of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your express consent. Contracts concluded at the school’s premises are not distance contracts.

Students under 18

For minors, enrolment, payment and consents are completed by a parent or guardian.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, logo and graphics on the website belong to the school or their authors and are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. You may view them and share them by link, but you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written consent.

Use of the website

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but errors or changes may occur. Answers from the CICI virtual assistant are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence program and are for information only; please contact the school for confirmations. The website may link to other websites whose content we are not responsible for.

How we process your data is described in our Privacy policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie policy.

Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint, write to contact@scandinaviaiasi.ro; we reply within 30 days. If we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (https://anpc.ro), use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro/) or the list of EU dispute resolution bodies (https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies). You may also go to the competent courts in Romania.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We may update them; the current version and the date of the last update are always shown on this page.
